Goto the Home tab and Font section or group and apply these:
Text Effect:
From the text effect button Apply a visual effect to the selected text such as shadow, glow or reflection and from pull down button change the effects (▼) pulldown button)
Text highlight color:
Make a text look like it was marked with a highlitgher pen
and from pull down button change its color (▼)

Font color:
Change the color of text
