Save, Save As and Open A Save Documents

Step 1: Save Your File 

• Goto the File -------->Save     and select your destination ,formate and give a name to your file and Press enter or click on save button

• For Short Key Type  Ctrl + S

Step 2: Save As Your File 

• Goto the File -------->Save As     and select your destination ,formate and change the name to your file and Press enter or click on save button

• For short Key type  F12

NOTE: Save and save as both are same just change the name of your file in Save as mode see the above images

Step 3: Open Your File 

• Goto the File --------> Open      and select your destination where you save your file in your hard drive and click on Open

• For short Key type  Ctrl + O
